A learner may be unable to login to our eLearning for several reasons. Please note that you are only required to put in your license key the first time in order to setup a new user account. If unclear on the instructions please follow up with your designated client coordinator and re-read their instructions.
- Incorrect URL for eLearning website. Please verify that you are going to the correct eLearning site, http://training.corporatevisions.com. Please note that this site should bring up a popup window with the login actual login page.
- Incorrect Username/Password. When attempting to login you may get one of the following messages:
- "Sorry, you have entered an incorrect password." This means the username you've entered is correct, but the password is not. Please click on the "Lost your password?" link and put in your username or email address to reset it.
- "Sorry, your username could not be found." This means that the username you're entering is incorrect. Please confirm there are no typos and you're not attempting to re-enter your license key. The username is generally your email address and should have been emailed to you when you registered.
If you are still encountering issues logging in to the eLearning site, please check first with your onsite coordinator and if they are unable to help please submit a new ticket or email us at support@corporatevisions.com.
